Few things are as annoying as faulty streetlights. I know
of one street that’s fairly dark, even though it has a light. This particular
streetlight doesn’t stay on for several seconds or minutes. It winks like lightning,
resembling Frankenstein’s lab. You can imagine the scary thoughts that
accompany a drive along that road. Instinctively, we fear what we can’t see. Check
your locks and imagine this:
That’s not the
kind of wackiness you want to see at
night when imaginations run wild in the midst of shadows and creepy corners. Sometimes,
the things we can’t see cause us more anxiety than what we can see. What
situation caused you anxiety until after you walked through it, looked back,
and saw how it improved you?
